Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for the moulding industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Create marketing content such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and website.
- Plan and attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Build relationships with customers and partners to generate leads and sales.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Job Requirements:

- A diploma/B.tech/B.E. in engineering or any degree required.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the moulding industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and events..

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
