Role Overview:

The
Social Media Executive
will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy across all Treat Hotels & Resorts properties. This includes overseeing content creation and publishing, coordinating with agencies, handling influencer collaborations, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with prior experience in hospitality marketing being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Handle and monitor all official social media accounts of Treat Hotels & Resorts and its properties.
  • Create and execute engaging social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

Agency Coordination

  • Work closely with creative and digital agencies to manage content calendars, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Review and approve content ideas, creatives, and campaign reports shared by agencies.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify, coordinate, and manage influencers, bloggers, and content creators for collaborations.
  • Handle end-to-end influencer engagement from outreach to on-ground hospitality coordination.

Campaign Planning & Reporting

  • Plan, design, and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage junior team members or interns.
  • Coordinate workflows to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in
    social media marketing
    .
  • Prior
    team management
    experience is a must.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Hospitality industry experience
    (either working directly with a hospitality brand or as an agency partner for hospitality clients) will be a significant advantage.
