- Supervise and manage the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger staff.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and financial data.
- Stay updated on accounting software and financial technology trends.
- Implement and manage accounting systems and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of the organization's financial strategy and long-term goals.
