We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients or vendors.
  • Coordinate with the teams for billing, freight charges, and documentation.
  • Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role (preferably in logistics or transport industry).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or ERP systems).
  • Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
