Position Title: Customer Relationship Executive
- Reports to Showroom/ Floor Manager
- Location: Across South India

Basic Criteria for the role.
- → Age Below: 28 Years
- → Qualification: 10 th/12th Passed/ Undergraduate/ Graduate
- → Experience: 0 to 1year (in retail format)
- → Should be able to communicate in local language and English is must.

**Responsibilities**:

- → Greeting customers.
- → Highlight suitable higher value products to customer while facilitating.
- → Appraise customer on product / fashion and facilitate sales.
- → Assess the customer needs & suggest the right product.
- → Manage the cash at the store whenever assigned and ensure checkout quickly and efficiently.
- → Collect and give customer feedback / information to the Store Manager for action.
