**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Factory Supervisor** to oversee daily production and ensure the efficient and high-quality preparation of sweets. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of food production processes, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards. You will manage staff, supervise sweet-making operations, monitor quality control, and coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all sweet production activities on the factory floor.
- Ensure recipes, ingredients, and production processes are followed accurately.
- Monitor quality control throughout preparation, cooking, and packaging.
- Assign duties to production workers and monitor performance and output.
- Ensure timely production to meet daily targets and order deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the production area.
- Track raw material usage, minimize waste, and report inventory needs.
- Provide on-the-job training to new staff and enforce operational standards.
- Communicate with procurement and dispatch teams to coordinate stock and deliveries.
- Maintain logs of production, wastage, and equipment usage.
