We are hiring a **Factory Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on **yarn quality** and production efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise factory operations in the **OE yarn manufacturing process**.
- Ensure yarn quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Coordinate with teams to optimize production and reduce downtime.
- Oversee accounts and maintain records efficiently using ERP software.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Degree (mandatory)
- **Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of accounts
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Experience in handling ERP software
- Strong focus on maintaining and improving **yarn quality**:

- **Age Limit**: Under 30 years
- **Language Advantage**: Knowledge of Hindi will be an added benefit
