**Job Purpose**:
To supervise and coordinate daily construction, erection, and fabrication activities in the steel factory or project site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor steel fabrication, erection, and construction works in the factory and at project sites.
- Plan daily tasks, allocate manpower, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Check drawings, specifications, and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
- Monitor welding, cutting, fitting, and assembly processes for compliance with quality standards.
- Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and proper usage.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, safety officers, and project engineers to maintain standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues, provide technical guidance to workers, and report progress to management.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, manpower, and material usage.
- Train and guide workers to improve skills, productivity, and discipline.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication, and erection methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA/Factory Act/local regulations).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction/fabrication/steel industry.
- Experience in supervising fabrication, erection, or steel structure projects.
