**Job Brief**

We are looking to onboard a person who can bring in hustle and problem-solving attitude to help build Plunes into a formidable company. Ultimately, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:
 Hand holding the customer through-out the journey.

 Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their concerns, maintaining regular communication, and demonstrating responsiveness.

 Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with potential customers and understand their specific needs and challenges.

 Collaborate with the cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

 Directly impact the revenue generation.

 Meeting customer experience KPIs.

**Job Requirements**

 Minimum graduate or any equivalent degree.

 Proven experience as customer experience or consultative sales role

(preferred from healthcare/health-tech).

 Excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover customer’s pain points and needs.

 Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

 Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to recommend tailored solutions.

 Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth.

 Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.

 Hustle and get things attitude.

 Ability to multi-task and meet the tight deadlines.

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Healthcare management: 1 year (preferred)
