**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficiency in production, quality control, and customer service.
- **Baking & Confectionery**: Possess hands-on skills in bakery and confectionery to assist with production as needed and ensure high-quality products.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead the bakery team, including scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to best practices in hygiene and food safety.
- **Customer Interaction & Sales**: Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally. Ensure excellent customer service and drive sales by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- **Inventory & Supply Management**: Monitor and manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost control to optimize profitability.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with the team to create new products and seasonal offerings to keep the menu fresh and innovative.
- **Sales Strategy & Marketing**: Work on improving sales, assisting with promotional strategies, and expanding the bakery's client base through exceptional service.
- **Budgeting & Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Assist with pricing strategies to maintain profitability.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations within the bakery.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or confectionery environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- **Bakery & Confectionery Skills**: Strong hands-on experience in baking and creating high-quality baked goods and confections.
- **Leadership & Management**: Proven ability to manage a team, lead operations, and take responsibility for the success of the business.
- **Customer Service & Sales**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in handling customer relations and driving sales.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight.
- **Creativity**: Ability to innovate and contribute to product development, enhancing the bakery’s offerings.
- **Financial Acumen**: Understanding of budgeting, pricing, and maintaining profitability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
