**Position** - Sales Executive

1. Job Details

Job Title: Cake Sales Executive

Location: Rohini, Mayapuri, Kirti Nagar

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 Days a Week

2. Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Incentives/Commissions: Based on sales performance

3. Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Experience Required: 6 months - 2 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in bakery or F&B

Educational Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred

Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in cake sales, bakery, or food retail will be an added advantage

4. Skills & Qualities Required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong sales and upselling ability to maximize order value

Basic knowledge of cakes, flavors, and customization options

Ability to handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries effectively

Good organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely order execution

Attention to detail for order accuracy and special customizations

5. Key Responsibilities

Handling all cake-related orders from walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads

Upselling customers placing orders for hampers, add-ons, or premium cake designs

Taking cake orders in a proper format and informing the chef with all necessary details

Confirming and checking special requirements, including:
Customized toppers

Edible prints

Theme-based decorations

Dietary preferences (eggless, gluten-free, etc.)

Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure cakes are prepared as per order specifications

Ensuring timely preparation and delivery of cakes to customers

Managing customer expectations regarding design, taste, and delivery timelines

6. Reporting & Supervision

Reports to: Owner and Chief of Staff

Team Structure: Works closely with the bakery production team and delivery staff.
