**OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - TICKETING**

(JOB DESCRIPTION)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Need to coordinate with IATA agents and get flight suggestions for group /FIT fares as per requirements
- Once suggested flights get approved issue same through IATA agents.
- Send tickets to all guests & maintain Trackers for issuance data
- Make excel sheet based on PNR, flight time etc for airport transfers plans
- Able to make accurate bookings for Clients.
- Resolve Clients queries by answering questions on travel arrangements.
- Help to make and confirm reservations & provide good customer service.
- Re-book tickets and other arrangements as per requirement.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Well-versed with Excel & Advance Excel
- Good customer service skill
- Working knowledge of IATA, GDS, Amadeus,etc

**WORK LOCATION: Sanpada, **Navi Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
