**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and personable Front Office Executive to join our Resort.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception and Check-In/Check-Out**: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
- **Guest Relations**: Foster positive relationships with guests by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date booking records.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Liaise with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest requests and needs are met promptly.
- **Cash Handling and Reporting**: Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily financial reports.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep comprehensive records of guest interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
