Duties and Responsibilities:
**Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking food according to specified recipes and experimental requirements. Ensure precision and consistency in measurements.

**Recipe Testing**:Collaborate with chefs and food scientists to test new recipes or variations of existing ones. Follow instructions carefully and take note of any deviations or observations.

**Sample Analysis**:Assist in analyzing food samples for taste, texture, and nutritional content. Record findings accurately for further evaluation.

**Equipment Management**: Maintain and clean kitchen lab equipment, such as ovens, mixers, blenders, and other culinary tools. Report any malfunctioning equipment to superiors.

**Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage kitchen supplies, ingredients, and perishables. Keep track of stock levels and assist in ordering necessary items.

**Sanitation and Safety**:Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in food handling, storage, and preparation. Ensure that all workspaces are clean and sanitized regularly.

**Data Entry**: Record experimental data and observations in a systematic manner. Input data into spreadsheets or databases as required.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with kitchen staff, chefs, and food scientists to provide support during food experiments and research projects.

**Cleaning and Organization**:Maintain a tidy and well-organized kitchen lab environment. Clean and sanitize utensils, cutting boards, and work surfaces after each use.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food handling regulations.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,653.21 per month
