About the job

Burkan Engineering is seeking a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing our Fire & Life-Safety VR Training Lab. This lab supports real-world fire safety simulation training, startup awareness sessions, and live demonstrations for institutions and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Set up and operate VR equipment for fire & life safety training sessions.

·      Coordinate with instructors and participants during simulation activities.

·      Ensure smooth functioning of hardware and software during sessions.

·      Maintain lab organization, cleanliness, and daily usage records.

·      Troubleshoot basic system issues such as app freezing or headset pairing errors.

·      Support documentation, attendance, and inventory management.

·      Assist in preparing for external workshops or demo events hosted by Burkan Engineering.

Client Engagement & Delivery Handoff

·      Serve as the on-ground contact point for clients, faculty, and trainees.

·      Collect participant feedback and share reports with the central training team.

·      Support the delivery handoff of audits or lab reports to clients after training sessions.

·      Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation during all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Graduate in any discipline (BE, B.Tech, BA, BCom, BSc, BBA etc.)

·      Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

·      Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Internet).

·      Confidence in handling clients and managing operations independently.

·      Organizational discipline and attention to detail.

Preferred (Good To Have) Skills

·      Interest in fire & life safety, technology or sustainability.

·      Knowledge of VR systems or multimedia presentation tools.

·      Prior experience in training coordination or event support.

·      Ability to learn new digital platforms quickly.

Experience

·      Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in training, operations, or customer-facing roles.

·      Prior experience in a tech-enabled or educational setup is an advantage.
