**Job Title**: ServiceNow Solution Architect
**Location**: 6 - 8 Years
**Experience Range**: Kolkata
**Minimum Qualification**:
15 years of full-time education

**What we are looking for**
**Required Technical Skill Set**:
ServiceNow, ITSM Modules, ITOM, other ServiceNowmodules.
**Must-Have**:
- Experience as a Senior Technical Lead /Architect.
- Experienced in ITIL ProcessDefinition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
- Experienced in leading at least a coupleof Implementation projects in ITSM area and one complete Implementationlifecycle for ServiceNow.
- Expertise ServiceNow deployments,integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operationalactivities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
- Experience on ITSM migrati on /consolidations.
- Strong work experience and associated forprojects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, andImplementations.
- Mentor and share technicalknowledge/guidance to team.
- Design technical solutions based oncustomer requirements and convert to functional requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing requirements toensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
- Very good ITIL process knowledge andability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect tocustomer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
- Maintains and reviews license Data inServiceNow and proactively reports on the compliance slippage.
- Must be certified with ServiceNow SystemsAdministrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundation.
**Good to Have**:
- Handles customer meetings and provideweekly/monthly reports for customers as well as TCS management.
- Strong abilities to manage conflicts thatmay arise with customers and/or TCS internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication in orchestratingcustomer requirements/needs, solutions, customer responsibilities, risks, challenges,and impacts.
- Evaluate the tool stability andperformance and provide recommendations.
- Participate and provide feedback duringplanning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives).
- Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules (HRSD,SecOps, GRC, CSM, ITBM, Etc.).
- TOGAF or any equivalent certificationpreferred.
