**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement robust solutions using Omni Connect and Omni Script to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and maintainable adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the development of technical documentation and training materials to support solution deployment and user adoption.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate solution designs and obtain necessary approvals.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from business users and technical teams.
- Oversee the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate external solutions and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize solution performance and user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Have a strong background in solution architecture with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing the ability to tailor solutions to industry-specific needs.
- Show proficiency in developing technical documentation and training materials to support solution implementation.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
