We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction and interior teams. The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. And taking all necessary safety precautions during the work execution.
- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Understanding requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
- Communicate with head’s effectively regarding the implementation queries
- Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
- Should have excellent communication skills capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
- 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
- Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
