**Site Supervision and Coordination**:

- **Visit project sites regularly to oversee the progress and quality of work.**:

- **Coordinate with the labor force, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.**:

- **Provide guidance and support to laborers, ensuring they understand project requirements and deliver work as per specifications.**:

- **Procure necessary materials, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely availability at the site.**:

- **Maintain proper documentation related to material receipts, labor attendance, and project updates.**

**Client Communication and Customer Service**:

- **Interact with clients to understand their expectations and provide regular project updates.**:

- **Address client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.**:

- **Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.**:

- **Provide post-installation support and address any warranty or maintenance issues that may arise.**

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- **Update daily project status, including work progress, challenges, and achievements.**:

- **Prepare and submit periodic reports on project milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocation.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven experience in site supervision or project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.**:

- **Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.**:

- **Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.**:

- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, laborers, and team members.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.**:

- **Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.**

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
