As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee project implementation on-site and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

**Job Overview**:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the execution of interior design projects on-site, coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control in alignment with design specifications and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations on project sites
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor project timelines and budget constraints
- Report progress, issues, and updates regularly to the project manager and design team
- Resolve on-site challenges swiftly and professionally
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and photographs
- Ensure materials and manpower are available as needed
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Handover project to client upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in site supervision for interior design or construction projects
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
