**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Location: Sector 10, Noida**

**Department: Finance**

**Age: 22-28 years**

**Experience: 1-3 years/Fresher**

**Salary: 2-3 Lac**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time.
- Assist in Income Tax filings, TDS computation, and monthly/quarterly TDS returns.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts; handle vendor payments and expense booking.
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and accounting regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, etc.)
- Experience working with a CA firm or in a similar role in industry.
- Certification in GST or Income Tax is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally, or other accounting software.
- Sound knowledge of Indian taxation laws including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
