Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our company Eagles Unbound. You will be responsible for implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization. You will work closely with other departments within the company, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies: Identify target markets, assess market trends, and conduct competitor analysis to effectively position our products or services in the market.
- Sales planning and execution: Develop sales plans and set sales targets to drive revenue growth. Execute sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market research and analysis: Identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. Analyze market data and customer insights to refine sales and marketing strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Product and competitor knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve products or services, identify new market opportunities, and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- Sales and marketing collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provide input on marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional activities to support the sales process.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certified Instructor will get added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
