**Job duties**:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy

2. Building creative and sustainable marketing strategies for brand, campaigns, social media, etc

3. Construct, build and implement ideas for brand visibility across the country through the major channels

4. Writing content for the brand marketing, advertising, brand communication, social media, publications, etc

5. Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation.

6. Conduct research to analyze market trends, forecasts, consumer behaviour, consumer trends, competitive landscape, campaign results and prepare reports by summarizing all the data

7. Share best practices, local marketing ideas and tactics with the team and implement them in the given timeline.

8. Prepares marketing reports along with promotional materials whenever needed.

9. Undertakes any campaign/project from research stage to initiating, planning and implementing growth marketing ideas

10. All the activities will mostly revolve around content writing, content strategizing, brand marketing, social media marketing, PR, communications, representing and assisting the public events and exhibitions, assisting the photoshoots, arranging the shoots and communicating with the team
