As a Graphic Designer at ADS Softek Private Limited, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visuals for print and digital platforms. You will help bring our brand to life through your design skills, creating a consistent and engaging visual experience across all media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and digital ads.
- Maintain brand consistency in all designs, ensuring high-quality and on-brand visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business goals.
- Retouch and edit images to fit design specifications.
- Assist with creating presentations and other visual communication assets.
- Ensure designs are delivered on time, meeting project deadlines and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to incorporate new ideas into projects.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and projects.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments.
- Knowledge of current design trends and digital platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
