Position Title: Graphic Designer.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Develop visually appealing and user-centric designs that align with the brand's identity and messaging across various online platforms.

3. Design compelling and interactive layouts for landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.

4. Produce graphics for social media campaigns, optimizing visuals for each platform's specifications and best practices.

5. Create engaging and informative infographics to simplify complex information and enhance content shareability.

7. Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure seamless integration of visual and written elements.

8. Stay up-to-date with design trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness.

9. Adapt and modify existing designs to cater to different marketing channels and target audiences.

10. Assist in video editing and motion graphics creation for multimedia campaigns.

11. Manage design projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or advertising environment.

3. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as experience with video editing tools.

4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design principles.

6. Familiarity with responsive design principles and web design trends.

7. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

9. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and consistency.

10. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics is a plus.

11. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
