SP Developers is a leading real estate company based in Bhilai Chhattisgarh. We seek a team of dedicated Sales Advisors with at least 1 year of sales/marketing experience. Join us in promoting exceptional residential and commercial projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs.
- Conduct site visits and guide clients through the sales process.
- Meet sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team on strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 1/1+ years of sales/marketing experience, in any industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel within the city for site visits.
