Shall be responsible for 3 virtual shows, which includes amazing stories and amazing people, Namaste teacher and thank you Karnataka,
- **Amazing people/Amazing stories**:

- Shall be responsible to call the guest & getting confirmation about their presence for the show.
- Shall be responsible to collect their profile and photos, writing script based on the language (English /Kannada).
- Shall be responsible to frame the questions relevant to their field and sending the script/questions to both host and guest for the last correction.
- Shall be responsible to provide zoom link for the program before the program start.
- **Namaste teacher show**:

- Shall be responsible to approach the teacher for the show.
- Shall be responsible to collect 4 or 5 old students contact number, explaining about program.
- Shall be responsible to create temporary WhatsApp group and updating details i.e., question, zoom call guidelines etc.
- Shall collect each of their profile and photos and coordinating with Production team for poster and zoom link.
- Shall send all the information to the host and checking whether all have gathered on the said date and time.

- Shall be responsible to call the guest, coordinating with the guest as well as host to check their availability for the show.
- Shall responsible to check whether studio is free for recording and helping them to get the questionnaire printout.
- Shall be responsible to provide zoom link and if it is virtual show, collecting profile & photos for editing and poster and YouTube link.
- Shall be responsible to find out the guests for the respective shows (Either through host or guests’ reference).
- Shall be responsible to check the studio availability for **Saadakere Chaavadi show**.
- Shall check anchors payment status, coordinating with accounts team.
- Shall follow up with postponed or cancelled shows and to provide streaming date, banner or promo date for the team.
- Shall maintain documents of all the shows, collecting social networking sites ID's, sending them to social networking teams
- Shall follow up with the marketing and SEO team for reaching views.
- Shall responsible to perform any official task specified by the management

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
