
Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at the hotel. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Prior experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
**Working Conditions**:
- Indoor hotel environment.
- Rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
