**Position: GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER - SKILL TRAINING & CSR PROJECTS**

**Location: Head Office: Hiland Park Area, EM Bypass, Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700075.**

**Reporting to CEO.**

**Key Job roles: Be the overall Business and Operations Head to establish fast growth and effective project execution with high donor satisfaction. Will be instrumental in leading new project acquisition.**Coordinating and executing large Skill Training projects under Government Programs / Corporate CSR / School Education projects pan India. You should be ready to lead the team and carry out project delivery with accountability of high quality outcome and within timeline.
- Business strategy and business Project planning,
- Reaching out to new corporates and Organisational growth through new CSR project acquisition
- Identifying execution partners and deliver value adding projects.
- Day to day project execution follow up,
- MIS & Monitoring. Ensuring meeting all specifications and high quality output.
- Project execution and coordination - Tracking different activities and projects and their periodic progress.
- Operation Coordination - Working closely with Operation Manager and supporting all coordination activities.

**Nature**:Full time. Work from office.

**Preferred Background**:
1. Seven to Ten Years experience.

2. Work experience on managing business P&L, overall operation and executing / coordinating Skill training / CSR projects in different states.

3. Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / MBA / MSW / Mass communication.

4. High computer proficiency in MS Words, Excel and PPT.

5. Good mastery of English speaking and writing.

6. Good verbal and written communication.
