Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area.
- List the details of all the prospects who intent to buy Mercedes-Benz products or services.
- Fix appointments with prospects for sales consultants to make personal visits and or deliver test drives.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all tele-outs and report the same to marketing manager/sales manager
- Tele-calling for inviting customers and or prospects for customer engagement events
- Tele-calling for specific marketing programs running concurrently
- Customer Data Verification calling (once every six months)
- Attend to all tele-in enquiries and collect the enquiry details like prospect name, contact number, product interested in etc
- Share the enquiries to respective sales executives with the consent of sales manager to further follow-up with prospects
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly tele-in report and share the same with management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
