**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collect and catalogue library resources including books, films and publications.
- Maintain library records and ensure it is updated.
- Perform regular audits of information and inventory on files.
- Help students and teachers locate references and reading materials.
- Sorting and shelving of books.
- Buying and cataloguing new materials.
- Marinating records and sending overdue notices.
- Checking ins and outs of various library materials with excellent IT skills and knowledge of Library database.
- Clarify the use of library amenities and provide information about library policies.
- Managing the reading room by organizing the furniture, resources, and supplies in the room so that they are easy to use. Also ensuring that everything in the library is clean and in good working order.
- Explain the use of library facilities, resources, equipment, and services, and provide information about library policies.
