**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert incoming leads from **digital marketing, walk-ins, and referrals** into confirmed projects.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior design and furnishing needs.
- Promote iScape’s interior solutions across **residential, commercial, and office projects**.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare and present proposals, BOQs, and design concepts.
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalizations in alignment with company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the project cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update client interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly updates to the management team.
- Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- **Experience**:2-10 years** of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential and commercial interior projects.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of **residential and commercial furnishing solutions**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand basic design concepts and interpret client requirements effectively.
- Goal-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
**Knowledge**:
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
**Working Conditions**:
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
