**Responsibilities**:

- Bidding over Upwork/PPH/Freelancer portals, Requirement Analysis,
- Estimation for Website/Mobile App projects, Negotiation, and Client
- Communication, Research & Prospecting, Networking, Presentation,
- Marketing & Sales Orientation, Understanding of Business Principles,
- Locating potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments.
- Managing ongoing reputation with the client and catering them with all kind of required and satisfactory services
- Project Coordination
- Forecasting sales targets and make sure they’re met

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in Online Bidding on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr etc.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written both).
- Lead generation across the Globe.
- Revenue realization by generating business leads from Internet/Other sources.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capability to develop project plans and to manage multiple projects to completion.
- Good Connectivity with Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
