**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through proactive outreach.
- Qualify leads and conduct product demos.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Manage sales pipeline for timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven inside sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology preferred.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
