**Role Summary**

We are seeking a **dedicated Accountant & ERP Operator** to manage our daily accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within our ERP (eFacto) system. This role is crucial for maintaining **financial accuracy, stock integrity, and operational efficiency** across our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting & Finance**:

- Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare **GST, TDS, and other statutory reports** with accuracy and on time.
- Maintain vendor ledgers, process payments, and coordinate with suppliers for invoices and statements.
- Assist in **monthly and annual closing** of books and preparation of financial statements.
- **ERP Operations (eFacto)**:

- Manage **purchase entries, GRN, barcode printing, and stock adjustments** in eFacto.
- Update product master data - MRP, cost price, sale price, pack sizes, and vendor details.
- Monitor **inventory reports**, identify stock discrepancies, and coordinate with store managers for resolution.
- Generate **billing, sales, and stock movement reports** as required by management.
- **Audit & Compliance**:

- Support internal audits by providing data and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain **accurate documentation and filing systems** for easy retrieval.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Coordinate with store teams for daily purchase bills, stock transfers, and returns.
- Train billing or store staff in basic ERP operations when needed.
- Highlight stockouts, expiry risks, and pilferage observations proactively to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-3 years** in accounting and ERP operations, preferably in FMCG retail or supermarkets
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally, eFacto ERP, or similar systems**:

- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic analysis)
- **Other Skills**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure

**Growth Opportunities**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,231.74 - ₹36,056.93 per month
