**Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

**Procurement Planning**:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to make informed decisions.

**Cost Management**:Analyze pricing proposals and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or reliability.
Conduct regular cost and market analysis to identify potential savings.

**Order Processing**:Execute purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper inventory levels.
Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier deliveries.

**Compliance and Documentation**:Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to procurement procedures.

**Quality Assurance**:Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the received products meet quality standards.
Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and market conditions.
Continuously assess and evaluate potential new suppliers for better options.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,401.45 - ₹25,000.00 per month
