**Designation - **Purchase Assistant/Executive

**Minimum Qualification - **Bachelor Degree

**Minimum Experience - **1-3 Years

Executive Purchase will take responsibility for all routine activities of the department as per SOP. Will support other departments in procuring and will follow up on pending supplies.

**Major Accountabilities**

Responsible for smooth functioning of purchase department in routine.

Record maintenance of quotations, contract, documents & correspondence of purchase department.

Receipt of consolidated requirements from stores & conversion of PR to PO in ERP.

Assisting Manager purchase in finalization of annual rate, contracts, AMCS.

Document flow in clearance site & all purchase related documents.

Maintenance & confidentiality of procurement activities.

Follow-up vendor supplies

Generation of Pos, work orders, AMCs and agreements.

Interacting with end users

**KRA**
- Knowledge on procurement process.
- Efficiency in consolidation of procurement & timely completion of activity.
- Maintain individual traits of honesty, integrity & confidentiality of activities of purchase department.
- Negotiation skills & interactive abilities.
- Effective co-ordination with stores and end-user department.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
