Unified CX Solutions is looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle Inbound calls from existing Canadian customers.
- Full-Time positions available
- Shifts available between 4pm-10am IST
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required
- Great, secure, premier office located in Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai with lots of perks - lounge, game room, onsite parking + much more
- Mentoring and guidance from Canadian Management Team

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
- Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
- Strong English communication and people skills - written and verbal communication
- Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call

**Location**

Must be able to commute to our office located in Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
