Medyseva is a pioneering health-tech startup focused on bridging the urban-rural healthcare gap through telemedicine-enabled satellite clinics. We work with senior doctors, hospitals, and government stakeholders to bring affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare to India’s remote regions.

We are now looking for a **dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative** to drive and manage our **Doctor Consortium operations** and **Satellite Clinics** in the Nagpur region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the **Doctor Consortium Network** in Nagpur
- Regularly meet and engage with existing consortium partner doctors
- Onboard new doctors and expand the consortium in nearby urban areas
- Supervise and support the functioning of **rural satellite clinics**:

- Identify and assess new locations for setting up telemedicine clinics
- Coordinate with field staff, nurses, and center heads to ensure smooth clinical operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in both urban and rural healthcare setups
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (offline + digital) to increase patient footfall
- Conduct ATL/BTL marketing activities like vehicle announcements, pamphlet distribution, and awareness drives
- Support other marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts as needed

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in **Marketing**, **Healthcare Management**, **Hospital Administration**, or a related field
- Senior Medical Rep.or Area Manager with proven track record
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, field operations, or rural outreach preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Nagpur and nearby districts
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable in field-based roles
