**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for civil projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Review and revise drawings based on client and team input, ensuring accuracy and compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create and modify designs.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify the accuracy of designs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in architectural drafting.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or in a similar role, with a focus on civil projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
