**Job Summary**:
The Experienced Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects. This role involves interpreting design concepts, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring all drafts comply with project requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on architectural, structural, or engineering designs.
- Create technical plans, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and ensure accuracy.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret project specifications.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during the planning or construction phase.
- Incorporate feedback from team members into final drafts.
- **Standards and Compliance**:

- Ensure drawings adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and project requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local building codes, materials, and construction practices.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and specifications for reference.
- Prepare detailed documentation for submission to clients or regulatory bodies.
- Track project timelines and provide updates on drafting progress.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review drawings to identify potential errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure that all drafts meet project goals and technical accuracy.
- **Software and Tools**:

- Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies, tools, and software.
- Utilize advanced features of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other relevant tools to optimize efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a draftsman in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Experience with large-scale or complex projects is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
