**Requirement**:Property Surveyors (CRE)

**Job Experience**: 1 - 2 Years’ Experience in Real estate, Telecom, Retail

**Education Qualification**:Graduate from recognized university
- Property Sourcing: Identify vacant/available shops for leasing/renting in key high street markets and malls
- Relationships: Responsible for maintaining cordial relationships with all landlords his/her territory
- Market Mapping: track brands/rentals and sales figures for key brands/showrooms in key markets/malls

**Other requirements**:

- Transport: Two Wheeler ownership mandatory
- Smartphone: Ownership Android Mobile with camera to take photographs and videos essential
- Outstation travel: Willing to travel to nearby towns/cities overnight
- Computer Literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
