**Product Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, eBay).
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee order processing from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely shipping and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, payments, and product issues.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online sales campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
- Analyze website and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the user experience and sales funnel.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure customer feedback is captured and passed on to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- **Website & User Experience Optimization**:

- Monitor the website's performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Suggest improvements for website design, navigation, and functionality to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Regularly track and report on e-commerce metrics, including sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends, purchasing patterns, and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
