REQUIRED ITI/DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN ELECTRONICS
- 1. Quality Systems Implementation
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards.
- Participate in internal audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
- 2. Process and Product Audits
- Conduct in-process, incoming, and final product inspections.
- Monitor critical quality parameters and ensure process control compliance.
- Identify root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective measures.
- 3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation for traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Support documentation for certifications, customer audits, and internal assessments.
- Ensure accurate recording of test results, deviations, and QA reports.
- 4. Supplier Quality Management
- Coordinate incoming material inspections and supplier audits.
- Evaluate supplier performance and initiate improvement actions as necessary.
- Communicate quality concerns with suppliers and ensure resolution
- 5. Customer Quality Support
- Address customer complaints and support investigation and resolution.
- Prepare 8D/5Why/RCA reports for quality issues.
- Liaise with customers for quality approvals, audits, and compliance
- 6. Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen activities to improve quality processes.
- Support initiatives that reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance overall quality performance.
- 7. Training & Team Support
- Train shop floor and QA staff on quality procedures and standards.
- Support cross-functional teams in maintaining and improving quality performance.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
