- **Position**: Tele Calling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vendor Outreach**: Call vendors to explain the benefits of our app and services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Set up appointments with vendors for onboarding discussions.
- **Onboarding Assistance**: Guide vendors through the onboarding process on our platform.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status.
- **Customer Support**: Address vendor inquiries and provide support as needed.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage call logs and vendor details.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in **Malayalam** and basic proficiency in **English**.
