Job Description: Tele Marketing Executive

Location: Kerala

**Salary**: ₹10,000/- INR + Attractive Incentives (with potential salary increment within one month)
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about college admissions.
- Lead Conversion: Persuade and convince potential students to enroll in the college by effectively communicating the benefits and opportunities available.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential students to ensure they have all the necessary information and support to make their decision.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and updated database of all calls and interactions with potential students.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and results to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process for all students.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from potential students promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam is required; additional language skills are a plus.
