**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Windows & Linux Installations & Troubleshooting
- Maintenance & Trouble Shooting Support for Network & Hardware Infrastructure
- Software / Application Installations / Configuration
- Network Printer & Scanner Installation & Troubleshooting
- Building Networking Infrastructure & Maintenance - Including Wired / Wireless Networks
- Wi-Fi Configurations & Mesh Networking
- Knowledge on Domain, DNS, DHCP
- Switches and Router configurations
- Firewall Administration
- Remote support to Users
- CCTV Installations / Troubleshooting
- Knowledge on Door Access Control Systems
- Cloud Platform Knowledge & Management - VDS
- Manage Back-ups / Restore - NAS (Network Attached Storage)
- Data Leak Preventions & Intrusion Prevention Security
- Perimeter Security
- IT Procurement & Infrastructure Bonding
- Knowledge on Internet Lease Lines & PRI Lines

Additional:

- Manage & Maintain IT Inventory & Assets
- Help & Maintain Procurements of IT Assets
- Good Communication and Technical know-how skills.
- Vendor Management & Record Keeping
- Maintaining of Audit Reports and Coordinating with Audit team for Audit

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year

- Do you have experience troubleshooting Windows desktop and server issues?
- Are you familiar with working on Linux systems, such as Ubuntu, and setting up dual-boot environments?
- Have you worked with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, including handling advanced features or troubleshooting issues?
- Have you handled troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware, operating systems, managed routers, or switches?
- Do you have experience resolving network connectivity issues and using network monitoring tools?
- Are you familiar with DLP (Data Leak Prevention), perimeter security, and infrastructure bonding setups?
