Hiring CNC Programmer with CAD/CAM software

**Job Title**: CNC Programmer
**Location**: Malumichampatti
**Experience**: 3 - 5 Years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in CNC programming (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis).
- Proficiency in software like Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360.
- Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and machining parameters.
- Understanding of different materials (aluminum, steel, etc.) and their machining properties.
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machine errors.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skill.
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
- Perform first-article inspections and troubleshoot programming issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain CNC program documentation and revisions.
