**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**:

- 10-18 years of SAP consulting experience spanning multiple Full lifecycle Project Implementations for global customers, Support, and Pre-Sales in SAP Finance & Controlling area
- 5+ years of experience in S4/Central Finance/ Simple Finance area in Greenfield/ Brownfield/ Hybrid implementations
- With background in Finance/Accounting, should have expert level experience in all FICO areas including Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, etc. and strong knowledge of integration with Sales Distribution, Production, Materials Management, Project Systems, etc.
- Should be able to engage in conversation on wide ranging topics with senior level Accounting/Finance executives including Controllers/CFOs’ on IFRS, USGAAP and Best Practice processes
- Proven experience in leading customer workshops and leading business requirements discussions with customers to implement S/4 HANA solution in Finance & Controlling and related areas
- Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
- Understand SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4 HANA adoption
- Guide clients through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing SAP S/4 HANA
- Understanding of SAP’s product strategy and roadmap, including positioning of S/4 HANA and enabling tools and complementary technologies.
- Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP FICO technical solutions encompassing RICEFWs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
- Sound understanding of SAP methodologies & tools and experience in planning & delivering projects in traditional or agile environments
- A value-add, business partnering mindset, with energy to strive for continuous improvement and best practice in a collaborative environment.
- Should have experience in developing project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales related activities including RFP responses
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience in dealing with senior stakeholders

**EDUCATION & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or Diploma (B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA - Finance/ CA/ ICWA)
- S/4 HANA Certification in Finance (mandatory)
- Previous Functional Architect and Stream Lead experience on multiple implementation projects (mandatory)
- Domain experience working in Finance & Accounting area (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises (Preferred but not mandatory)
