**Early Joiner - SAP S/4 HANA Architect - Manufacturing || Work Location - Greater Noida & Bangalore ||**

**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**:

- 10-18 years of SAP consulting experience spanning multiple Full lifecycle Project Implementations for global customers, Support, and Pre-Sales in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and related areas
- 5+ years of experience in S/4 HANA in Greenfield/ Brownfield/ Hybrid implementations in Discrete/ Process Manufacturing industry
- Deep SAP Product Expertise S4 HANA Manufacturing including S/4 HANA Manufacturing Cloud
- Implementation experience in Production Planning, ePPDS, Quality Management, Advanced variant configuration
- Strong Understanding / experience in areas like ATP, aATP, Advance Variant Configuration & PEO
- Strong knowledge of integration with Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales controlling, Plant Maintenance
- Proven experience in leading customer workshops and leading business requirements discussions with customers to implement S/4 HANA solution
- Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
- Understand SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4 HANA adoption
- Guide clients through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing SAP S/4 HANA
- Understanding of SAP’s product strategy and roadmap, including positioning of S/4 HANA and enabling tools and complementary technologies.
- Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP technical solutions encompassing RICEFWs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
- Sound understanding of SAP methodologies & tools and experience in planning & delivering projects in traditional or agile environments
- A value-add, business partnering mindset, with energy to strive for continuous improvement and best practice in a collaborative environment.
- Should have experience in developing project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales related activities including RFP responses
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience in dealing with senior stakeholders

**EDUCATION & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science/ Engineering, MBA/PGDM
- S/4 HANA Certification in Production Planning & Manufacturing (mandatory)
- Previous Functional Architect and Stream Lead experience on multiple implementation projects (mandatory)
- Experience / Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) (Preferred but not mandatory)
- SAP certification in SAP S4 Manufacturing Cloud (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Domain experience in manufacturing industry (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises (Preferred but not mandatory)
